UK Centre for Mould Safety is here to support occupants who have - or suspect they may have - water damage or mould in their living or working environment. 

Living or working in a contaminated space can be an incredibly worrying time - especially for those sensitised to mould. Based on our own team's first-hand experience of living with mould-illness we have created a service that will support you every step of the way. 

We have created a series of tools to help occupants better understand their home and what might be causing ill health.

MOULD AND DAMP NAVIGATOR

Social housing tenants can access the incredibly helpful (and free!) damp and mould navigator tool. 

After answering a few simple questions you will access email templates for you to complete and send to your landlord. Templates are designed to support you every step of the way - right through to the ombudsman. Access the navigator here.
